I've come to this professional life as a therapist after years of teaching English (ESL) and working as a professional musician. Many of us these days are feeling depressed and/or anxious about life and how to move forward. We are looking for direction in our lives and relief from our problems, big and small. I know that it requires courage to trust another with your story, but there is so much to be gained from speaking with a trained listener. Together, we can work to discover a deeper sense and better understanding of who you are as a person. When you're ready, I'll be ready, and we can work to change your life for the better.
