Perhaps you're confused by the choices you're making, your relationships are painful or lonely, or maybe you're experiencing a loss or transition. Sometimes everything seems like it should be good, but it just isn't.


Seeking therapy takes bravery, but also hope - hope that someone will 'get it', that someone can help, and hope that you might be truly listened to. 


We will explore your story without judgement. Our work will be to understand you, how things feel for you, and how you make sense of the world. Together we can begin to make meaning of your experiences, to give you greater self understanding, and ultimately a greater sense of well-being.

My practice includes all genders, races, and sexual orientations. Everyone is welcome.
