Introduction

My practice focuses on providing individuals and couples with support during life challenges and transitions. I work within a relational, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive approach to exploring relationships, stress, anxiety, depression, coping following trauma, loss, growth and personal transformation, and conversations around gender, sexuality, race, and disability. In our therapy conversations I will use a strengths-based approach and work collaboratively with you to explore your questions, places you are feeling stuck or at a loss, and directions for growth you would like to pursue.
I tailor my approach based on your needs, drawing on my training in relational theory; Sensorimotor Psychotherapy for trauma healing and attachment: mindfulness-based stress reduction; mindfulness-based cognitive therapy for anxiety, depression and pain; and an anti-oppressive lens rooted in critical race, feminist, queer, and disability theories.
