Introduction
For several years, I have worked in both Canada and the United States within Social Housing and Mental Health. Over the years, I've worked with individuals from diverse populations and socioeconomic backgrounds, helping them uncover negative patterns and behaviours that make life challenging to navigate.
My passion for helping others find their unique gift and seek personal growth led me to pursue a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.
I believe that exploring life's hurdles works better in collaboration. With compassion and understanding at the forefront, I work with clients to identify strengths, tools and personal determination that can lead to positive and lifelong changes.
My free time is spent travelling; as I truly believe that the best way to connect with others is by embracing their environment, culture and beliefs.
"New beginnings are often disguised as painful endings."
